- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cooked rice, milk, sugar, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture starts to thicken, about 15–20 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Optionally, stir in raisins and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
- Serve warm or chilled, as desired.
Notes
- Use leftover cooked rice to save time.
- For a richer pudding, substitute part of the milk with cream.
- Adjust sugar to taste depending on sweetness preference.
