Description

This Easy Pancake Mix is a homemade, ready-to-use dry mix that makes fluffy and delicious pancakes in minutes — just add wet ingredients when you’re ready to cook.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
  3. To make pancakes: For every 1 cup of mix, whisk with 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil.
  4. Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges look set, about 2–3 minutes.
