Description

This M&M Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is a quick and fun no-bake dessert that’s perfect for birthdays, cookouts, or any summer celebration. With layers of ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, fudge, and crunchy M&Ms, it’s as easy as it is delicious!


Ingredients

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed slightly

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)

  • 1 cup mini M&Ms

 

  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)


Instructions

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil for easy removal.

  • Arrange 6 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.

  • Spread half of the whipped topping evenly over the sandwiches.

  • Drizzle half of the hot fudge and caramel sauce over the topping.

  • Sprinkle half of the mini M&Ms on top.

  • Repeat with another layer of ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, remaining fudge and caramel sauces, and the rest of the M&Ms.

  • Decorate with sprinkles if using.

  • Cover the dish and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

 

  • Slice and serve cold.


Notes

  • You can swap caramel for peanut butter sauce for a different flavor.

  • Use chocolate or vanilla ice cream sandwiches, or mix them for variety.

 

  • Let the cake sit at room temp for 5 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
