This M&M Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is a quick and fun no-bake dessert that’s perfect for birthdays, cookouts, or any summer celebration. With layers of ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, fudge, and crunchy M&Ms, it’s as easy as it is delicious!
Ingredients

12 ice cream sandwiches

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed slightly

1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)

1 cup mini M&Ms

Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions

Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil for easy removal.

Arrange 6 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.

Spread half of the whipped topping evenly over the sandwiches.

Drizzle half of the hot fudge and caramel sauce over the topping.

Sprinkle half of the mini M&Ms on top.

Repeat with another layer of ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, remaining fudge and caramel sauces, and the rest of the M&Ms.

Decorate with sprinkles if using.

Cover the dish and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Notes

You can swap caramel for peanut butter sauce for a different flavor.
