Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds

1 cup pecan halves

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil

Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (add after baking)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix almonds, pecans, seeds, and coconut.

In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, oil, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour syrup mixture over the nut mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Spread onto baking sheet in an even layer.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant.

Let cool completely, then stir in dried fruit and chocolate chips if using.
