- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Season the Brussels Sprouts
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread them in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down for maximum caramelization.
Step 3: Roast
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
