Ingredients

1 tsp roasted dandelion root

1 tsp roasted chicory root

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp cacao nibs or unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

1 1/2 cups water

Milk or plant-based milk, to taste

Honey, maple syrup, or stevia, to taste
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the dandelion root, chicory root, and any optional spices or cacao.

Add water and bring to a gentle simmer.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes to extract the flavor.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Pour into a mug and add milk and sweetener as desired.
