These Easy Grilled Avocados are smoky, creamy, and ready in minutes. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or even a healthy base for stuffing, grilled avocados add a delicious charred flavor that takes your summer meals to the next level.
Ingredients

2 ripe but firm avocados, halved and pitted

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1/2 lime

Optional toppings: pico de gallo, feta cheese, sour cream, grilled shrimp, black beans
Instructions

Preheat grill:
Heat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates. -
Prep the avocados:
Brush the cut sides of each avocado half with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. -
Grill:
Place avocados cut-side down directly on the grill. Grill for 3–5 minutes, or until char marks appear and the flesh is lightly softened. -
Serve:
Remove from grill and squeeze fresh lime juice over each half. Fill the center with your favorite toppings or enjoy as is!
