  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in cream cheese until melted.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes; stir until smooth.

3. Combine & Serve:
