- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in cream cheese until melted.
