- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Coating:
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
- Sprinkles or cocoa powder for rolling
Instructions
- Prepare the mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Shape the balls:
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Coat the balls:
- Roll each ball in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, sprinkles, or cocoa powder to coat.
- Chill:
- Place the chocolate balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Serve:
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
