Ingredients
For the Chicken & Veggies:

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil
Fajita Seasoning:

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lime
To Serve:

8 small flour or corn tortillas

Sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese (optional toppings)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Season the chicken: In a large bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, lime juice, and all fajita seasoning spices until well coated.

Cook the chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the veggies: In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, and cook the sliced peppers and onions for 4–5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through.

Serve: Warm tortillas and serve the chicken and veggies with your favorite toppings.
