Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar; whisk to combine.
- Stir in lemon juice or vinegar until evenly incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or extra paprika/cayenne if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled alongside a blooming onion, fries, chicken tenders, or veggies.

- Make it ahead—can be stored, covered, in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or sour cream.
