Description

This banana pudding fluff salad is a creamy, dreamy, no-bake dessert packed with banana flavor, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy vanilla wafers. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or a sweet treat anytime!


Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant banana pudding mix 🍮
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 bananas, sliced 🍌
  • 1 cup (100 g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (120 g) vanilla wafer cookies, crushed or whole
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pudding

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

2. Mix the Fluff

  1. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the sliced bananas, marshmallows, vanilla wafers, and nuts (if using). Mix gently.

3. Chill & Serve

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
  2. Before serving, garnish with extra banana slices, wafers, and a sprinkle of nuts for a beautiful presentation!

Notes

Want extra flavor? Add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Make it lighter: Use sugar-free pudding mix and light Cool Whip.
No mushy bananas: Slice and add them right before serving.
Crunchy topping? Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers just before serving to keep them crisp!
