Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, coating evenly.
