Description

This Easter Swirl Pie is a beautifully colorful, creamy dessert with a delicious swirled pastel filling that’s perfect for your Easter table! Made with a buttery graham cracker crust and a vibrant, no-bake cream cheese filling, this pie is as fun to make as it is to eat.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 crackers, crushed)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Swirled Filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice (for a slight tang!)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to soft peaks)
  • 34 drops each of pastel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, purple, or any Easter colors!)

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Easter sprinkles
  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. (Skip baking if you prefer a no-bake crust! Just chill for 30 minutes.)
  5. Let cool completely before adding the filling.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, beating until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 3: Create the Swirl Effect

  1. Divide the filling into 4 separate bowls.
  2. Add a few drops of pastel food coloring to each bowl and mix gently.
  3. Spoon dollops of each color into the cooled pie crust.
  4. Use a toothpick or butter knife to swirl the colors together, creating a marble effect.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

  1. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
  2. Before serving, top with whipped cream, Easter sprinkles, or white chocolate shavings for extra festiveness.
  3. Slice and enjoy your vibrant, creamy Easter treat!

Serving Suggestions

  • With Berries: Serve with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
  • With a Chocolate Drizzle: Add a drizzle of melted white or dark chocolate.
  • In Mini Jars: Make individual servings in small jars for a cute presentation!

Notes

  • No-bake crust? Just refrigerate the crust instead of baking it.
  • Lighter version? Use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese and light whipped topping.
  • More flavor? Add ½ tsp almond extract or coconut extract for a fun twist.
