Description

These Easter Egg Oreo Balls are a fun and festive no-bake treat made with just a few ingredients! They’re creamy, chocolatey, and shaped like little Easter eggs—perfect for spring parties or stuffing in baskets. Kids and adults alike will love these bite-sized desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts

  • Food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, or your favorite spring colors)

  • Sprinkles (optional, for decorating)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos: Add the Oreo cookies (cream and all) to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.

  2. Mix with cream cheese: Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and blend until fully combined and smooth.

  3. Shape into eggs: Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into an egg with your hands. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Chill: Freeze the shaped eggs for about 20–30 minutes until firm.

  5. Melt chocolate: In separate bowls, melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl to create different colors.

  6. Dip and decorate: Use a fork to dip each chilled Oreo egg into the colored chocolate, then place it back on the parchment paper. Add sprinkles or drizzle with other colored chocolate if you like.

  7. Let set: Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature or in the fridge.

  8. Serve or store: Once set, serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too sticky, chill it for 10–15 minutes before shaping.

  • You can use different flavored Oreos for variety (like Golden Oreos or Mint).

  • These are great to make ahead—they’ll keep in the fridge for up to a week!
