These Easter Egg Oreo Balls are a fun and festive no-bake treat made with just a few ingredients! They’re creamy, chocolatey, and shaped like little Easter eggs—perfect for spring parties or stuffing in baskets. Kids and adults alike will love these bite-sized desserts.
Ingredients
-
1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
-
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
-
12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
-
Food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, or your favorite spring colors)
-
Sprinkles (optional, for decorating)
Instructions
-
Crush the Oreos: Add the Oreo cookies (cream and all) to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
-
Mix with cream cheese: Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and blend until fully combined and smooth.
-
Shape into eggs: Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into an egg with your hands. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
-
Chill: Freeze the shaped eggs for about 20–30 minutes until firm.
-
Melt chocolate: In separate bowls, melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl to create different colors.
-
Dip and decorate: Use a fork to dip each chilled Oreo egg into the colored chocolate, then place it back on the parchment paper. Add sprinkles or drizzle with other colored chocolate if you like.
-
Let set: Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature or in the fridge.
-
Serve or store: Once set, serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
-
If the mixture is too sticky, chill it for 10–15 minutes before shaping.
-
You can use different flavored Oreos for variety (like Golden Oreos or Mint).
-
These are great to make ahead—they’ll keep in the fridge for up to a week!
