- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional, tinted green)
- 1 cup Easter candy (jelly beans, mini chocolate eggs, Peeps, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold whipped topping into the pudding mixture, then fold in the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread a layer of crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cookie layer. Repeat with another layer of Oreos and the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with the remaining crushed Oreos.
- Sprinkle tinted coconut over the top to resemble grass (optional).
- Decorate with Easter candies like jelly beans, chocolate eggs, or Peeps.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla for a different flavor.
- For best results, crush Oreos with a food processor or place in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Tint shredded coconut with a drop of green food coloring for a grassy look.
