Description
Dragon Noodles are a quick and spicy Asian-inspired noodle dish made with chewy noodles, a sweet and savory sauce, and scrambled eggs, often garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.

- 8 oz lo mein or ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha to make the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly.
- Stir in the scrambled eggs and green onions. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and sesame seeds if using. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use more or less sriracha based on your heat preference.
- Add veggies like bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas for extra nutrition and crunch.
- Top with grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a heartier meal.
