- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (or a dog-safe alternative like coconut yogurt)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (unsalted and xylitol-free)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mashed banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and applesauce (if using). Blend until smooth.
- Pour into Molds:
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or small paper cups.
- Freeze:
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
