- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (or half-and-half for a richer texture)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup chopped spinach or broccoli (cooked and drained)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or diced ham (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in cheese, onion, vegetables, and meat (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
