1 (3 oz) package strawberry-flavored gelatin (like Jell-O)

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cornstarch.

Slowly stir in the water until smooth.

Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes clear (about 5–7 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin until fully dissolved.

Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes.

Place the fresh strawberries in a 9-inch pie dish or glass dish.
