Crockpot Christmas Candy is an easy, sweet, and festive treat made with a mix of white chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, and a variety of nuts, all melted together in a slow cooker. These delightful, no-bake candy clusters are perfect for holiday gifting or adding to a Christmas dessert spread!

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 lb (450g) white almond bark or white chocolate chips
  • 12 oz (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz (115g) German chocolate bar, broken into pieces
  • 2 cups (250g) salted peanuts
  • 1 cup (125g) unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup (120g) pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup (120g) red and green holiday sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Layer the Ingredients:

    • Add the white almond bark, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and German chocolate pieces to the crockpot.
    • Top with the salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, and pecan halves.
  • Cook the Candy:

    • Set the crockpot to LOW and cover with the lid. Cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even melting.
  • Form the Candy Clusters:

    • Once the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth, use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Add Sprinkles:

    • Immediately garnish the tops with red and green holiday sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Cool and Set:

    • Let the candy cool and harden completely at room temperature, about 1-2 hours. You can also place them in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process.
  • Serve:

    • Once set, transfer the clusters to an airtight container. Enjoy or gift them in festive tins!

Notes

  • Add flavor: Add mini marshmallows, dried cranberries, or pretzel pieces for a sweet and salty twist.
  • Make it nut-free: Substitute the nuts with pretzels or cereal (like Chex or Cheerios).
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
