- 4 oz (115g) German chocolate bar, broken into pieces
- 2 cups (250g) salted peanuts
- 1 cup (125g) unsalted peanuts

Instructions
-
Layer the Ingredients:
- Add the white almond bark, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and German chocolate pieces to the crockpot.
- Top with the salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, and pecan halves.
-
Cook the Candy:
- Set the crockpot to LOW and cover with the lid. Cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even melting.
-
Form the Candy Clusters:
- Once the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth, use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
-
Add Sprinkles:
- Immediately garnish the tops with red and green holiday sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
-
Cool and Set:
- Let the candy cool and harden completely at room temperature, about 1-2 hours. You can also place them in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process.
-
Serve:
- Once set, transfer the clusters to an airtight container. Enjoy or gift them in festive tins!
Notes
- Add flavor: Add mini marshmallows, dried cranberries, or pretzel pieces for a sweet and salty twist.
- Make it nut-free: Substitute the nuts with pretzels or cereal (like Chex or Cheerios).
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
