- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 oz) packet chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the gravy.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

- Use cream of mushroom soup for a variation in flavor.
