- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Unwrap the ham and place it flat side down in the crock pot.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, maple syrup, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.
- Pour the mixture over the ham, making sure it is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, basting occasionally with the juices.
- Once heated through and tender, remove the ham and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- If your ham is too large for the crock pot, trim it slightly or use a slow cooker liner to help it fit better.
- Leftovers are great for sandwiches or soups.
- Use a spiral cut ham for easier serving.
