Description

These crispy zucchini chips are a healthy and delicious snack or side dish, made with thinly sliced zucchini baked or air-fried to perfection. They’re light, crunchy, and full of flavor.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C) or preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice zucchini into very thin rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Place zucchini slices on paper towels and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Parmesan if using.
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer basket without overlapping.
  6. Bake for 1.5–2 hours, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden. In air fryer, cook for 10–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Let chips cool slightly to crisp up further before serving.
