Description

Crispy Parmesan-Crusted Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a delicious and healthy side dish made with tender roasted sprouts, coated in a golden, cheesy crust. Perfectly seasoned and oven-baked, they make a great addition to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs (if using).
  4. Dip the cut side of each Brussels sprout into the cheese mixture and press gently to adhere.
  5. Place sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the bottom and tender inside.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm.
