For the chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb / 450 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the wraps:
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 6 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 cup (120 g) shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup (60 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 g) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 g) red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing
For the crispy texture (optional):
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for toasting
Instructions
- Cook the chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
- Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Assemble the wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over the center.
- Layer shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, crispy bacon, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and red onions (if using).
- Wrap it up:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
- Optional crispy touch:
- Heat a tablespoon of butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Serve:
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing for dipping.

- For extra crunch, add sliced cucumbers or a handful of crushed tortilla chips inside the wrap.
