- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
- 1/2 cup pasta water (if using for pasta)

Sauté the Zucchini:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in grated zucchini and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly golden.

- Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy.
