- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing baking dish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if a golden top is desired.
