  • 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy), casings removed

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook sausage until browned and cooked through. Break into crumbles and remove excess grease if needed.
