- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish (drained)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley before serving, if desired.
