Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish (drained)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes
