Description

Creamy Greek Salad Dressing is a tangy, herby dressing made with yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and classic Mediterranean seasonings, perfect for drizzling over salads or using as a dip.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve over Greek salads, grilled meats, or as a vegetable dip.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Add a splash of water if the dressing is too thick for your preference.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Fresh herbs can be substituted for dried for a brighter flavor.
