- 1 oz (30 ml) club soda or sparkling water (for fizz)

Instructions
1. Muddle the blackberries and mint:
- In a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass, muddle the blackberries, mint leaves, sugar (if using), and lime juice until the berries are broken down and the mint is fragrant.
2. Add the liquids:
- Pour in the white rum and coconut milk.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled and combined.
