2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

Instructions
Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
