- 1 pack Buldak spicy ramen noodles
- 3/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)
- 1 egg (soft-boiled or poached)
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional for garnish)
- 1 tbsp grated cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, but slightly undercook by 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, add milk, water, and butter (if using). Heat gently over medium-low heat.
- Add the buldak sauce packet and stir to combine into the milk mixture.
- Return the noodles to the pot and stir to coat evenly in the creamy sauce. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Top with a soft-boiled or poached egg and garnish with green onions and cheese if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use heavy cream for extra richness, or milk for a lighter version.
- You can adjust the spice level by using only part of the sauce packet.
- Try adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach for added texture and nutrition.
