Description

Creamed Corn Casserole is an easy, comforting side dish made with sweet corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix, and butter — soft, fluffy, and perfect for holidays or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 box (8.5-ounce) Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and cornbread mix until combined.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, if using.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
