- 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 box (8.5-ounce) Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and cornbread mix until combined.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, if using.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
