Description

These Cream Cheese Oreo Brownies are the ultimate indulgent treat! With a fudgy chocolate brownie base, a creamy cheesecake swirl, and plenty of crushed Oreo cookies throughout, every bite is rich, gooey, and totally irresistible. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you need a chocolate fix.

Ingredients

For the Brownie Layer:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

For the Cream Cheese Swirl:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.

  2. In a large saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Stir in sugar until smooth and let cool slightly.

  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir into the wet mixture until just combined.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Oreos. Spread brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.

  6. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold in crushed Oreos.

  7. Spoon cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and gently swirl with a knife or toothpick.

  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

  9. Cool completely before slicing. Chill for cleaner cuts if needed.

Notes

  • Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra creaminess.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

  • These are extra good chilled!
