For the Cream Cheese Swirl:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1/3 cup granulated sugar
-
1 large egg
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
-
In a large saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Stir in sugar until smooth and let cool slightly.
-
Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
-
In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir into the wet mixture until just combined.
-
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Oreos. Spread brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
-
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold in crushed Oreos.
-
Spoon cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and gently swirl with a knife or toothpick.
-
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
-
Cool completely before slicing. Chill for cleaner cuts if needed.
Notes
-
Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra creaminess.
-
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

These are extra good chilled!
