Description

Cranberry Feta Pinwheels are a festive and flavorful appetizer made with creamy cheese, tangy cranberries, and salty feta rolled in soft tortillas—perfect for holiday gatherings or party platters.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, feta cheese, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels just before serving.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a touch of sweetness, add a drizzle of honey to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Whole wheat or spinach tortillas can be used for added color and flavor.
  • Best served within a day of making for optimal freshness.
