Description

Cracked Out Cheeseball Bites on a Pretzel Stick are mini cheese balls loaded with bacon, cheddar, and ranch flavor, perfect for parties and easy to serve with pretzel sticks.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
  • Pretzel sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  5. If desired, roll each ball in finely chopped pecans to coat.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball for easy serving.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can make these a day in advance and store in the refrigerator.
  • Use flavored pretzel sticks for a fun twist.
