- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
- Pretzel sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- If desired, roll each ball in finely chopped pecans to coat.
- Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball for easy serving.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
