For the Sliders:
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (for cooking eggs)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft-scrambled. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the sliders:
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the bottoms intact. Place the bottom half of the buns in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the buns. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top, followed by the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns over the cheese layer.
- Add the topping:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the ranch seasoning. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Bake the sliders:
- Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm.
Notes
- Add cooked sausage or ham instead of bacon for variety.
- For extra heat, sprinkle the eggs with diced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes before assembling.
