- 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh dill if desired before serving.
