- 1 tbsp butter (for scrambling eggs)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 8 sausage patties, cooked and halved

For the Butter Glaze:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the egg mixture and scramble until just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the buns.
- Add the chopped bacon and halved sausage patties on top of the eggs.
- Layer with cheese slices to cover the filling. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
- Make the Butter Glaze:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey or maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the slider buns.
- Bake the Sliders:
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Customize the filling with hash browns, sautéed veggies, or your favorite breakfast meats.
- Make-ahead option: Assemble the sliders the night before and bake in the morning.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
