  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for coating

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Make the Dough:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Mix until well combined; the dough will be sticky.
  • Form the Cookies:

    • Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl.
    • Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and drop it into the powdered sugar, rolling it around to coat completely.
    • Shape the coated dough into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly golden around the edges.
  • Cool and Serve:

    • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
