- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until fully combined. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Portion the Cookies: Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are slightly cracked and set. Avoid overbaking for the best chewy texture.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
