This Cookie Monster Fluff is a fun, creamy, and cookie-loaded no-bake dessert, perfect for kids’ parties, blue-themed celebrations, or just a sweet treat! Made with whipped topping, pudding, and lots of Oreos & Chips Ahoy cookies, it’s a fluffy, dreamy, and delicious dessert dip that comes together in minutes.

- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix (or cookies & cream flavor!)
- 1 cup cold milk (for the pudding mix)
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 Oreos, crushed (plus extra for garnish!)
- 10 Chips Ahoy cookies, crushed (plus extra for garnish!)
- A few drops of blue food coloring (for that Cookie Monster look! 💙)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra crunch!)
For Garnish & Dipping:
- Extra cookies (Oreos, Chips Ahoy, or vanilla wafers)
- Graham crackers or pretzels (sweet & salty combo!)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add vanilla pudding mix, powdered sugar, and cold milk, whisking until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla extract and blue food coloring, mixing until evenly colored.
Step 2: Add the Fluff & Cookies
- Gently fold in Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
- Stir in crushed Oreos, crushed Chips Ahoy, and mini chocolate chips.
Step 3: Chill & Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend.
- Before serving, top with extra crushed cookies and whole Oreos for decoration.
- Serve with graham crackers, extra cookies, or pretzels for dipping!
