Description

Club Sandwich Pasta Salad is a hearty and flavorful twist on the classic sandwich, combining pasta with bacon, turkey, ham, cheese, and fresh veggies in a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked and cooled pasta to the bowl and toss to coat in the dressing.
  4. Stir in bacon, turkey, ham, cherry tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and red onion.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken as a substitute for turkey if desired.
  • Add avocado or hard-boiled eggs for an extra protein boost.
  • Best served chilled and consumed within 2 days.
