Club Sandwich Pasta Salad is a hearty and flavorful twist on the classic sandwich, combining pasta with bacon, turkey, ham, cheese, and fresh veggies in a creamy dressing.

- 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked and cooled pasta to the bowl and toss to coat in the dressing.
- Stir in bacon, turkey, ham, cherry tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and red onion.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken as a substitute for turkey if desired.
- Add avocado or hard-boiled eggs for an extra protein boost.
- Best served chilled and consumed within 2 days.
