Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Donuts:
    • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
    • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • For the Peach Cobbler Filling:
    • 1 can (15 oz) peach slices in syrup, drained and chopped
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 tablespoon water
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • ¼ cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • For the Topping:
    • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
    • ¼ cup glaze (made with powdered sugar and milk)
    • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peach Cobbler Filling:
    • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the chopped peach slices, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
    • In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add it to the peach mixture.
    • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
    • Gradually add the heavy cream and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
    • Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag fitted with a filling tip.
  3. Prepare the Donuts:
    • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
    • Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Using a small round cutter, cut out the center of each biscuit to create donut shapes.
    • Fry the donuts in batches until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes per side.
    • Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels. Allow them to cool slightly.
  4. Assemble the Donuts:
    • Once the donuts are cool enough to handle, use the piping bag to fill each donut with the cheesecake filling.
    • Top each filled donut with a spoonful of the peach cobbler filling.
  5. Add the Topping:
    • Drizzle the glaze over the top of each donut.
    • Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and a pinch of cinnamon.
