- Vegetable oil, for frying
- For the Peach Cobbler Filling:
- 1 can (15 oz) peach slices in syrup, drained and chopped

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup glaze (made with powdered sugar and milk)
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the Peach Cobbler Filling:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the chopped peach slices, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add it to the peach mixture.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the heavy cream and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag fitted with a filling tip.
- Prepare the Donuts:
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Using a small round cutter, cut out the center of each biscuit to create donut shapes.
- Fry the donuts in batches until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels. Allow them to cool slightly.
- Assemble the Donuts:
- Once the donuts are cool enough to handle, use the piping bag to fill each donut with the cheesecake filling.
- Top each filled donut with a spoonful of the peach cobbler filling.
- Add the Topping:
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of each donut.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and a pinch of cinnamon.
