Instructions
-
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.

-
Make the Cream Cheese Icing (Optional):
- In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
-
Finish and Serve:
- Drizzle the cream cheese icing over the warm cinnamon-sugar pizza.
- Slice and serve warm for the best flavor.
Notes
- Add toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips over the cinnamon-sugar topping for extra flavor.
- Make it crispier: For a slightly crispier crust, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
