Ingredients
Scale
For the Pizza:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Icing (optional):
2 oz (60g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Crescent Roll Crust:
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a large rectangle or round pizza shape.
Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
Brush the melted butter evenly over the crescent roll dough.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Cream Cheese Icing (Optional):
In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Finish and Serve:
Drizzle the cream cheese icing over the warm cinnamon-sugar pizza.
Slice and serve warm for the best flavor.
Notes
Add toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips over the cinnamon-sugar topping for extra flavor.
Make it crispier: For a slightly crispier crust, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
