For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (or 1 ball of homemade pizza dough)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Vanilla Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Crust:
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or desired shape. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Brush the dough with the melted butter.
- Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using).
- Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered pizza dough. Drizzle the remaining melted butter on top.
- Bake the Pizza:
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the topping is bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Vanilla Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add more milk if needed to achieve a drizzling consistency.
- Assemble the Dessert Pizza:
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm pizza in a zigzag pattern or in circles. Slice and serve immediately.
