Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats are a wholesome and indulgent breakfast option that combines the flavors of a cinnamon roll with the ease of make-ahead oats.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional, for swirl)
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar (optional, for swirl)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (to thin swirl mixture)
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth to create the cinnamon roll swirl (optional).
- Top the oat mixture with the swirl or layer it between oat layers if preferred.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold, or warm in the microwave if desired. Top with extra cinnamon or a drizzle of maple syrup if you like.
Notes
- Use certified gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less maple syrup.
- Add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture and flavor.
