Description

A decadent dessert that combines the comforting flavors of cinnamon rolls with the creamy richness of cheesecake, all baked into easy-to-serve bars.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of cinnamon rolls and press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even crust. Press seams together as needed.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and flour. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon roll crust and spread evenly.
  6. Unroll the second can of cinnamon rolls and place the rounds on top of the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Drizzle with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls before serving. Slice into bars and enjoy.

Notes

  • For cleaner slices, chill the bars thoroughly before cutting.
  • Add a sprinkle of extra cinnamon sugar on top before baking for more cinnamon flavor.
  • Bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
