Description
A decadent dessert that combines the comforting flavors of cinnamon rolls with the creamy richness of cheesecake, all baked into easy-to-serve bars.

- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of cinnamon rolls and press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even crust. Press seams together as needed.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and flour. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon roll crust and spread evenly.
- Unroll the second can of cinnamon rolls and place the rounds on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Drizzle with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls before serving. Slice into bars and enjoy.
Notes
- For cleaner slices, chill the bars thoroughly before cutting.
- Add a sprinkle of extra cinnamon sugar on top before baking for more cinnamon flavor.
- Bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
